Efsaneye g\u00f6re Kaldi adl\u0131 bir \u00e7oban, ke\u00e7ilerinin kahve meyvelerini yedikten sonra daha enerjik davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark etmi\u015f ve bu ke\u015fif kahvenin t\u00fcketilmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kahve i\u00e7menin ilk kimin akl\u0131na geldi\u011fi kesin olarak bilinmemekle birlikte, tarih\u00e7iler ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar kahvenin ilk kez <strong>Etiyopya\u2019da ke\u015ffedildi\u011fi<\/strong> konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hemfikirdir. Bu ke\u015fifle ilgili en bilinen anlat\u0131 ise <strong>Kaldi efsanesi<\/strong> olarak bilinir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaldi_Efsanesi_9_yuzyil_civari\"><\/span>Kaldi Efsanesi (9. y\u00fczy\u0131l civar\u0131)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rivayete g\u00f6re Etiyopya\u2019n\u0131n <strong>Kaffa b\u00f6lgesinde<\/strong> ya\u015fayan Kaldi adl\u0131 bir ke\u00e7i \u00e7oban\u0131, ke\u00e7ilerinin baz\u0131 k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 meyveleri yedikten sonra normalden \u00e7ok daha enerjik davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark eder. Bu meyveler kahve a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n meyveleridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaldi bu durumu yak\u0131ndaki bir manast\u0131ra anlat\u0131r. Ke\u015fi\u015fler \u00f6nce bu meyveleri ate\u015fe atarak yok etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, ancak kavrulan \u00e7ekirdeklerin yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ho\u015f koku dikkatlerini \u00e7eker. Daha sonra \u00e7ekirdekleri ezip s\u0131cak suyla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak bir i\u00e7ecek elde ederler.
