Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Ticaret ve Kalk\u0131nma Konferans\u0131 (UNCTAD) taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan <strong>2025 Denizcilik Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Raporu<\/strong>, denizlerdeki ekonomik g\u00fcc\u00fcn nas\u0131l birka\u00e7 \u00fclkenin elinde topland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor. Verilere g\u00f6re <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong>, esasen \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclkenin kontrol\u00fcnde: Yunanistan, \u00c7in ve Japonya. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclke, d\u00fcnya ticaret filosunun ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesinin (\u00f6l\u00fc a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k tonaj\u0131 &#8211; DWT) %40\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 elinde DWT\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda ilk 10 \u00fclke \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Yani gemiler Panama, Liberya veya Marshall Adalar\u0131 gibi <strong>uygun bayrak<\/strong> \u00fclkelerinde kay\u0131tl\u0131 olsa bile, ger\u00e7ek kontrol Yunan, \u00c7inli veya Japon armat\u00f6rlerin elinde bulunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclke, d\u00fcnya filosunun %40.7\u2019sini kontrol ediyor. Bu oran, <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong>\u2019n\u00fcn ne kadar dar bir merkezde topland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarken, deniz ticaretinin stratejik k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Yunanistan_Kucuk_Ulke_Buyuk_Deniz_Gucu\"><\/span>Yunanistan: K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00dclke, B\u00fcy\u00fck Deniz G\u00fcc\u00fc<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yunanistan\u2019\u0131n 10 milyonluk n\u00fcfusuyla d\u00fcnya filosunun %16.4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc kontrol etmesi, <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dikkat \u00e7ekici bir ba\u015far\u0131. Bu durum tesad\u00fcf de\u011fil.<br><strong>Tarihsel miras:<\/strong> Antik d\u00f6nemden bu yana denizcilikle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmi\u015f olan Yunanistan, II. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda Amerikal\u0131lar\u0131n satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ucuz \u201cLiberty\u201d gemileriyle modern filosunu kurdu.<br><strong>Vergi avantaj\u0131 ve aile \u015firketleri:<\/strong> Onassis ve Niarchos gibi efsanevi armat\u00f6r aileleri, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck vergilendirme sistemi ve esnek i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc sayesinde uluslararas\u0131 arenada rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc kazand\u0131.<br><strong>Bayrak stratejisi:<\/strong> Yunan gemilerinin \u00e7o\u011fu yabanc\u0131 bayrak alt\u0131nda seyrediyor, bu da operasyonel esneklik ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyet sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu etkenler, Yunanistan\u2019\u0131 <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7inde kal\u0131c\u0131 bir lider haline getirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cin_ve_Japonya_Asyanin_Denizlerdeki_Yukselisi\"><\/span>\u00c7in ve Japonya: Asya\u2019n\u0131n Denizlerdeki Y\u00fckseli\u015fi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7in, devlet destekli gemi in\u015fas\u0131 ve dev altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131yla 2000\u2019lerden bu yana h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir <strong>denizcilik s\u00fcper g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> haline geldi. Devletin y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fi stratejik filo geni\u015flemesi, \u00c7in\u2019in ticaret rotalar\u0131n\u0131 ve k\u00fcresel liman a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi. Japonya ise teknoloji odakl\u0131 y\u00fcksek katma de\u011ferli gemilerde \u2013\u00f6zellikle LNG ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ve otomobil gemilerinde\u2013 lider konumda. Her iki \u00fclke de <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong>\u2019n\u00fcn Asya merkezli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc temsil ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jeopolitik_ve_Ekonomik_Etkiler\"><\/span>Jeopolitik ve Ekonomik Etkiler<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Deniz ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu yo\u011funla\u015fma, ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00fcy\u00fck riskler do\u011furuyor.<br><strong>Jeopolitik Gerilimler:<\/strong> K\u0131z\u0131ldeniz veya G\u00fcney \u00c7in Denizi gibi stratejik b\u00f6lgelerde ya\u015fanan krizler, do\u011frudan bu \u00fclkelerin filolar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilir.<br><strong>\u00c7evresel Bask\u0131lar:<\/strong> UNCTAD, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar karbon n\u00f6tr bir filo hedefini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. Yunan ve Japon armat\u00f6rler bu do\u011frultuda ye\u015fil teknolojilere yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yor.<br><strong>Ekonomik G\u00fc\u00e7:<\/strong> Filo sahipleri, navlun fiyatlar\u0131ndan sigortaya kadar t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rel dinamikleri belirliyor; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong>, ayn\u0131 zamanda ekonomik n\u00fcfuz anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya deniz ticareti %2.4 oran\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcrken, 2025\u2019te jeopolitik belirsizlikler nedeniyle b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131nda yava\u015flama bekleniyor. Ancak Asya\u2019n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2013ilk 10\u2019da 6 Asya \u00fclkesinin yer almas\u0131yla\u2013 devam edecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sonuc_Kuresel_Denizcilik_Gucu_Gelecegi_Sekillendiriyor\"><\/span>Sonu\u00e7: K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc Gelece\u011fi \u015eekillendiriyor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yunanistan\u2019\u0131n zirvedeki konumu, \u201ck\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00fclke, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7\u201d tezinin somut \u00f6rne\u011fi olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00c7in\u2019in h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckseli\u015fi ise Asya\u2019n\u0131n denizcilikteki h\u00e2kimiyetini peki\u015ftiriyor. UNCTAD\u2019\u0131n 2025 verileri, \u00fclkelerin yaln\u0131zca gemi say\u0131s\u0131yla de\u011fil, tonaj ve teknolojik de\u011ferle de de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak <strong>K\u00fcresel Denizcilik G\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong>, d\u00fcnya ticaretinin gelece\u011fini belirleyen en kritik fakt\u00f6rlerden biri haline gelmi\u015f durumda.
