Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 son y\u0131llarda personel al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 3 + 1 olarak bilinen 45\/A stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde yapmakta olup, yaz\u0131m\u0131z yay\u0131na verildi\u011finde 37.000 ki\u015filik sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli al\u0131m\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanarak resmiyet say\u0131 \u00fczerinde mutab\u0131k kald\u0131ktan sonra, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan al\u0131m say\u0131lar\u0131na dair onay almaktad\u0131r. Daha sonra al\u0131m yap\u0131lacak bran\u015flar Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belirlenerek tercih k\u0131lavuzunun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00d6SYM Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6nderilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle&nbsp;<strong>s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli<\/strong>&nbsp;i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan kadro d\u00fczenlemeleri, uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r g\u00f6rev yapan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n merakla bekledi\u011fi konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Bu tutar memur maa\u015f katsay\u0131s\u0131 baz al\u0131narak hesaplanmakta ve y\u0131lda 2 defa (Ocak-Temmuz) memur maa\u015f zamlar\u0131yla yeniden hesaplanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ocuk Yard\u0131m\u0131: Kadrolu sa\u011fl\u0131k personelinin bakmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6denmektedir. \u0130lk iki \u00e7ocuk i\u00e7in farkl\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ve sonraki \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in de farkl\u0131 hesaplanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan, engelli \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in verilen \u00e7ocuk yard\u0131m\u0131 tutar\u0131 ise daha y\u00fcksek olmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sendika Tazminat\u0131: Kadrolu yada s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli fark etmeksizin sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli memur, sendika \u00fcyesi ise sendika tazminat\u0131 yani toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme ikramiyesi al\u0131r.
