Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7e\u015fitlilik sayesinde ki\u015fiye \u00f6zg\u00fc en do\u011fru meditasyon t\u00fcr\u00fc se\u00e7ilebilir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zen Meditasyonu:<\/strong> Oturarak yap\u0131lan yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130smini Zen Budizm\u2019inden almas\u0131na ra\u011fmen dini bir ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 yoktur. Tamamen nefes ve zihinden ge\u00e7en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelere odaklan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k Meditasyonu:<\/strong> Zihin, beden ve \u00e7evrede olup biteni fark etmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00fcr\u00fcrken dahi uygulanabilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transandantal Meditasyon:<\/strong> Mantra ad\u0131 verilen \u00f6zel bir kelimenin tekrar edilmesi ile yap\u0131lan meditasyon t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rehberli Meditasyon:<\/strong> Genellikle ses kayd\u0131nda konu\u015fan ki\u015finin y\u00f6nlendirmesi izlenerek yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yeni ba\u015flayan veya meditasyon yapmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek isteyen ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan tercih edilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c7akra Meditasyonu:<\/strong> Bedende bulunan enerji merkezlerine odaklan\u0131larak uygulan\u0131r. \u00c7akralar\u0131n dengenlenmesi ve ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli hayaller kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uyku Meditasyonu:<\/strong> Derin bir uyku deneyimi i\u00e7in gev\u015feme ve zihin egzersizleri kullan\u0131lan meditasyondur.
