Olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz bezelerimizi ellerimizle yakla\u015f\u0131k kenar\u0131n\u0131n 2-3 santim olacak kadar a\u00e7t\u0131ral\u0131m. A\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bezemizi tezgah\u0131m\u0131zda kenarlar\u0131ndan k\u0131v\u0131racak \u015fekilde rulo gibi yuvarlayal\u0131m. Ortas\u0131ndan de\u011fil de yanlar\u0131ndan k\u0131v\u0131rmaya dikkat edelim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekme\u011fimizin tam olarak bitirdi\u011fimiz \u015feklini ya\u011fl\u0131 ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 serdi\u011fimiz tepsimize alal\u0131m. \u00dczerini bir tepsiyle \u00f6rterek tepsi mayalama i\u015flemimize de devam edelim. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 10-15 dakika dinlendirmek yetecektir. Bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tal\u0131m . 200 derece olmas\u0131na dikkat edelim. Ekmeklerimizin en son i\u015flemi olarak yan k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131na kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z jilet yard\u0131m\u0131yla \u00e7izik atal\u0131m. \u00dczerine suyumuzu s\u00fcrelim. Ekmeklerimiz f\u0131r\u0131na vermeye haz\u0131r olacakt\u0131r. \u015eayet f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n buhar \u00f6zelli\u011fi yoksa \u0131s\u0131ya dayanakl\u0131 bir kapta su tepsimizin i\u00e7ine koyal\u0131m. \u0130lk 15 dakika \u00fczerinde tepsi \u00f6rt\u00fck olarak ekmeklerimizi pi\u015firelim. Daha sonra \u00fczerindeki tepsiyi alarak hafif k\u0131zar\u0131ncaya kadar pi\u015firelim bunun i\u00e7in toplam i\u015flemlerimizle yar\u0131m saati bulacakt\u0131r. K\u0131zaran ekmeklerimizi f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131zda bulunan tel \u00fczerinde so\u011fumaya alal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So\u011fuyan ekmeklerimizi dilimlemeyi unutmayal\u0131m.
